It was part crowd-surfing, part ‘carry me out to tide’ and sustained the brand’s increasingly unusual fashion show formats – last season Sunnei confounded showgoers by feeding identical twins through a revolving turnstile reveal. The collection itself was modelled by Sunnei’s own team (not just those that work in the atelier but accountants, marketing managers, and web developers, too) who had been dressed in shaggy two-pieces, patchwork denim, and metallic trench coats with long pelts of fur.
