Created for hardcore film fans and the cinematically curious alike, MUBI FEST offers screenings in innovative spaces and chances to explore a collective love of film as well as DJ sets, panel talks, director Q&As, workshops and installations. Throughout the two-day celebration, there will be exclusive screenings of three of this year’s most exciting releases in the Hall; including Levan Akin’s Georgian drama Crossing, winner of the Teddy Award at this year’s Berlinale; along with the Ross Brothers’ Gasoline Rainbow and Naqqash Khalid’s debut feature In Camera. On Saturday 13 July, the Dazed x MUBI Cinema Club will present an exclusive screening of Gasoline Rainbow – a joyous cinematic roadtrip about five teenagers from inland Oregon, who pile into a van on a mission to reach the Pacific coast five hundred miles away. Directors Ross Brothers (Bloody Nose, Empty Pockets) will be flying in from New Orleans for an exclusive post-film Q&A. Before the screening, you’re also invited to join us for a free welcome mixer with food, drinks, and complimentary copies of our latest issue, followed by a packed schedule of talks with exciting creative talent from the film industry and beyond, including the Ross Brothers in conversation.
