If you've an upcoming urban artist and you upload your demo to this website by November 17, you could take part in  Hugo Urban Rules 2008. Fifteen of the best submissions will be chosen to attend a two-day session of master classes and auditions on December 2 and 3 at Rich Mix in Bethnal Green, where they will meet experts like producer Don-E, choreographer Isaac "Turbo" Baptiste, and the Sugababes. And one act will be chosen to support the Sugababes at the Hugo Urban Rules event at Cargo on December 3.
